Our Facility

Chapman Valley Manor is a 40-bed facility. We provide care for your loved ones, aged 65 and older, who cannot care for themselves. We pride ourselves on a tradition of caring because we have been at it over 50 years!

We feature comfortable, furnished rooms and we encourage residents and their families to make the room as homey as possible. Comfort of our residents and making them feel “at home” is a part of our mission.

Our facilities include a room where they can do individual activities and exercise as well as a room where we conduct group activities and exercises. 

We also provide transportation to those who need special assistance, and our grounds have a gorgeous lawn area, as well as garden and patio where our residents can take in the sun and have some much needed outside time.

Chapman Valley Manor treats our residents as family, and we offer homecooked meals and spend time with them. We do everything we can to keep your loved one active and engaged—and we enjoy every minute of it!
